(3)Conducted Knowledge Sharing Sessions organization wide to increase awareness and effectiveness
(4)Written  Software Requirement Specifications and Design Documents
(5)Defined Process Guide for Software Development
(6)Defined  DTD  for  configuration  files of the AdventNet WebNMS
(7)Developed a tool to convert MIB to XML format
