I've helped (or tried) many members writing me about checking
their applets out, to try and track down when/why they break.
As a consultant, I know there are those times when we are in
a Big Hurry to track down and fix a problem. Many of you don't
have all configs (unix/xterm/mac/Win95/NT) to check things out
on, but also would like to verify all is well before delivering.
So, I suggest we set up a "Fast-Response" team, that when called,
would asap chk out a page (and maybe via applet viewer) when a
member is in a crisis. Of course, only members part of this
"sub-team" could call upon this service...
