Java's inclusion in netscape has assured its success. From here java will become the only way to program on the internet (short, bloody war with vbscript expected). Java's easy to use networking capabilities will probably lead to it's use in a wider spectrum as the superhighway develops. Java's continuing success depends mainly on the tools that are developed for it and that microsoft don't take over the world. (why does bill gates remind me of pinky and the brain?)
