Java Applet not loading

Hi,

I have a problem with JAVA where an application requires the applet. First I tried with IE and I got error regarding unrecognized domain... Since I know IE has some inherent problems with JAVA I tried Natscape. Now I see the logo , and introductory screen of the application, but where the actual running application should be, I get Loading Java Applet...and then nothing happens

JAVA version is 1.3.1_06

Netscape 7.0

Any help would be appreciated
